The board and staff of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota are pleased to announce that Capital One has approved a grant to the organization in the amount of $15,000 to fund Project Learn and technology programs.
“Project Learn is a Club-wide educational strategy that has been tested and proven by Boys & Girls Clubs of America to boost academic success,” said Deb Nebosis, Director of Development for the Boys & Girls Club. “We also provide innovative technology programs, such as T3 and coding programs, to equip our youth with the skills they need to successfully enter a digital workforce.”
This is the sixth year that Capital One has supported education programs provided by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota. Capital One has given more than $86,000 to the Boys & Girls Club since 2012.
