This Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota Privacy Policy explains our practices, defines our users’ (“you” or “your”) privacy options, and describes how your information is collected and used by Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota”).

This Privacy Policy, along with our Terms of Use, governs your use of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota website at https://www.bgcmn.org (“Site”), our mobile application, and any information we may access through social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest or Twitter. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we will refer to all of these access points as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota system (“System”).

  • Your contact information to register your child for our services, such as your first name, last name, phone number, and email address;
  • Your child(ren)’s information to register for our services, such as his/her/their first name, last name, school, and grade:
  • Your family’s information to register for our services, such as the number of people in your household, your annual income range, and the names of medical and/or dental clinics and insurance providers;
  • The name and location of your financial institution, if you choose to pay for our services electronically through our Site or System;
  • Information regarding your use of our System, including page and ad views, clickstream data, location based data, and interaction data to personalize and optimize your experience;
  • Information regarding your browser and other technical specifications required to use our Site;
