Boys & Girls Club Staff Spotlight: Brady DeGagne
Position: Director of Programming & Facilities
Brady has served the mission of the Boys & Girls Club for about 3 1/2 years. “We get an opportunity to empower the youth we serve and provide opportunities that they wouldn’t normally get the chance to participate in,” said Brady about the mission of the Club. “The opportunity to serve the youth of our area and help them become the community members we need is such a rewarding and inspiring component.”
Brady loves working at the Club because he enjoys the team culture and focus on innovation. “We get to literally change lives and shape our community!”
In his spare time, Brady coaches high school hockey at his alma mater, Sauk Rapids High School. He also enjoys ice fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
