The Boys and Girls Club of Central Minnesota invites you to attend and/or sponsor our fabulous Summer Benefit – this year focused on the far out Sounds of the Seventies.
This will be Director Mark Sakry’s final benefit, closing out a 40-year legacy leading our club. When he began in the 70’s, platform shoes and disco competed with Star Wars and Jaws, so we’re bringing it back to that decade for the night! Let’s make his final fundraiser dy-no-mite!
We are proud to bring together over 800 members of the St. Cloud community to support the important work that the Boys & Girls Club does every day for the youth of our area. Held at the St. Cloud River’s Edge Convention Center, guests will enjoy live music from Dixie North, sample signature recipes from local culinary artists, and bid on fantastic items in our silent auction—the largest in the area.
Some of our featured items for bid include vacations to locations in Mexico, a new Aluma utility trailer, or log furniture from Sandy and Ron Hurd. (To make a donation, please contact Aimee Minnerath at aminnerath@bgcmn.org.)
We will also conduct a fund-a-need fundraising moment that will help a very special cause close to our hearts. Every year our guests are incredibly generous and it becomes one of the highlights of the evening.
