Boys & Girls Club Board Member Spotlight: Jennifer Roelke

Jennifer (Jen) Roelke is passionate about leadership development, talent strategy, and community engagement. Before joining Sourcewell, she led learning and development at Blattner Company and held leadership roles at Mayo Clinic, supporting workforce strategy and digital talent growth. She also founded Strategic People Consulting, specializing in executive coaching and leadership development.

“My ‘why’ for joining the Boys & Girls Club is all about impact, which is one of my personal values ,” said Jennifer. “I am passionate about contributing to our community in a way that creates meaningful impact for our students and members.”

Connecting students and members to opportunities and mentorship they might not otherwise have access to is incredibly important to Jennifer. She believes that by providing youth with these opportunities, they are more likely to become the adults they aspire to be—future leaders in our community who will, in turn, create impact for others. For Jennifer, it’s about multiplying impact for the future of our community.

Jennifer earned a B.S. in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and holds multiple coaching certifications. She and her husband, Craig, live in Central Minnesota with their two dogs and two cats. She enjoys cooking, yoga, and reading.

We are excited to welcome Jennifer to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota’s Board of Directors! We deeply appreciate her commitment to our mission and are grateful for her dedication and support in shaping great futures for local youth.
