Aaron Sinclair is a dedicated educational leader with a passion for teamwork, strategy, and community engagement. Currently the Director of School Leadership at Sourcewell in Staples, MN, Aaron drives school improvement through the Effective Schools Blueprint and holds certifications as a Trust Edge Partner and GiANT Leadership Catalyst. His leadership has led to significant achievements, including securing major school bond initiatives and earning recognition as Change-Management District Leader of the Year while serving as Assistant Superintendent at Little Falls Community Schools.
“My ‘why’ for serving as a Boys & Girls Club board member is rooted in a deep commitment to youth development and community impact. I believe every child deserves access to positive role models, enriching opportunities, and a safe environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive,” Aaron said.
“The Boys & Girls Club plays a critical role in shaping young lives by providing mentorship, academic support, and character-building experiences. By contributing my leadership and strategic planning expertise, I hope to help strengthen the Club’s programs, expand its reach, and ensure that all children, regardless of background, have the resources and support they need to achieve their full potential.”
Aaron lives in Little Falls with his wife and three children, drawing inspiration from his family, friends, and mentors.
