Boys & Girls Club’s Board Member Spotlight: Julie Fisk
Julie has served as a member of the Boys & Girls Club’s Board of Directors for more than 10 years and is currently serving as President of the Board. Julie says she is proud to serve on the board because, “Our youth are our future. Investing time, energy, and resources in our young people by providing safe places for them to be outside of school hours, educational support, and ‘fun with a purpose’ experiences that help develop skillsets and interests for future careers is an investment that will provide a hope-filled and brighter future for all of us.”
Julie is an author and adjunct professor, a mom to two middle schoolers (go Eagles!) and wife to Aaron. She is a bookworm, a grower of heirloom tomatoes, and admits to owning far too many coffee mugs while always on the discreet lookout for the next fun mug to add to her collection.
