St. Cloud, Minn. — Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota is proud to announce that Brady DeGagne, Director of Training & Development, has been selected to join the next cohort of Korn Ferry’s Leadership U for Humanity, a prestigious leadership development program designed to cultivate and empower purpose-driven leaders.
Korn Ferry’s Leadership U for Humanity brings together leaders from across the country who are dedicated to advancing human-centered strategies, strengthening communities, and driving meaningful change through their work. Participants engage in an immersive experience that includes executive coaching, collaborative learning, and the development of strategies to create lasting social impact.

In his role at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota, DeGagne leads staff training and professional development efforts, ensuring that Club professionals are equipped with the skills and tools they need to provide high-quality, impactful experiences for youth. His participation in Leadership U for Humanity will further strengthen the organization’s ability to deliver innovative programs that foster academic success, healthy lifestyles, good character and leadership, and youth voice.
