Leave a legacy by making a planned gift to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota

You have the power to make a lasting difference in the lives of children for generations to come. A planned gift to the Boys & Girls Club ensures that your values and generosity will continue to inspire great futures well beyond your lifetime.

When you make a planned gift, you become a valued member of our Legacy Circle – a special group of visionaries dedicated to shaping the future for youth. Your foresight and generosity will help ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Bequests:

Include the Boys & Girls Club in your will or trust, specifying a dollar amount, asset, or percentage of your estate.
Beneficiary Designations: Name the Boys & Girls Club as a beneficiary of your retirement plan, IRA, life insurance policy, or bank account.

Leave a lasting legacy by designating a gift or percentage of your estate through your will or living trust. Your intent to make a bequest can be made clear with the following language:

“I bequeath $_________ (or all or _____% of the residuary of my estate), to Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota, a not-for-profit entity under the laws of Minnesota State, with its legal address at 345 30th Avenue North, St. Cloud, MN 56303.”

Tax exempt #: 41-1245177

Give directly through your IRA:

If you are 70 ½ years of age or older, you can donate directly from your IRA as a Qualified Charitable Distribution. This is a great option for managing your Required Minimum Distribution and lowers your gross taxable income. As long as your gift comes directly from your IRA plan administrator to Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota, your gift is considered a qualified charitable distribution.

Charitable Gift Annuities or Charitable Remainder Trusts:

Provide income to yourself or your loved ones during your lifetime, while supporting the Club’s mission in the future.

Real Estate or Appreciated Assets:

Contribute property or investments, potentially receiving tax benefits while making a meaningful impact.
Endowed Gifts: Establish a fund in your name or in honor of a loved one that supports a specific program or initiative, ensuring ongoing support for what matters most to you.
