Youth Visual Artist Mentor (view full job description here)
Under general supervision of the Arts Integration Specialist, the Youth Visual Artist Mentor is considered a professional, practicing teaching artist and is responsible for the development, direction and management of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota Youth Visual Arts program. The Artist Mentor will collaborate with the Arts Initiative team to design and implement a rich visual arts program focused on pastel/chalk drawing and acrylic/oil painting. The Artist Mentor is responsible for delivering youth centric arts programming shaped with active, real-time influence and input of youth participants on program content and approach.

The Check-in Monitor is responsible for safely checking all members into the Club and keeping order in the check-in area.  This position ensures that bags, coats and hats are left at the check-in desk, assists members, families and the general public by answering phone calls and questions.  This position reports to the Unit Director.

Youth Dance Artist Mentor (view full job posting here)
Under general supervision of the Arts Integration Specialist, the Youth Dance Artist Mentor is a professional, practicing teaching artist and is responsible for the development, direction and management of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota’s Youth Dance Ensemble program. The Artist Mentor will collaborate with the Arts Initiative team to design and implement a rich dance program focused on youth-designed choreography and relevant pop culture styles and themes. This artist has the distinct opportunity through this program to be a significant thought leader to move the field of arts programming for tweens forward nationwide.

A Youth Guidance Worker position provides an excellent opportunity for students who are considering a career in education or social service. Youth guidance workers plan and lead a variety of activities with youth ages 5 to 18 in Boys & Girls Club programming. During the school year, we offer afternoon and evening hours that fit your busy schedule.

Inclusion Specialist (please click here for a full job description)

As an Inclusion Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with groups of children with special needs and help them successfully integrate into the programs at KIDSTOP sites.  Inclusion Specialists will work closely with all staff to plan a variety of activities to engage all youth in grades K-6.

Assistant Program Manager (please click here for a full job description)

Assistant Program Managers have the opportunity to work with staff to plan activities in a variety of program areas to ensure a quality program for youth in grades K-6.  The Assistant Program Manager plans and leads activities and helps set up field trips and special events for the sites.

Noon - 6 PM (Units)
